Overtime, you’ve noticed that your relationship with food and your body has become problematic or irritating at best. You might label all the worries about what you’re eating and how it’s affecting your body as “annoying,” “all-consuming,” or “unhealthy” – regardless, you are ready for a change, but you don’t know where to begin.

It is common to feel fearful that change will involve you losing control of yourself. Not to mention, the idea of changing your relationship with food and your body sounds overwhelming and complex. Yes, it does. Your feelings are valid.

Because we are attuned to the struggles of this process, our Registered Dietitian, Brittany Braswell, who specializes in disordered eating and eating disorders, is here to support you step-by-step through the healing process. She will actively listen to your concerns and fears and assist you with developing tangible coping skills to help you shift your mindset, restore your health, embrace your worth, and live freely and joyfully – without worries about food and your body consistently occupying rental space in your mind.

Re-Nourish: A Nutrition Therapy Group for Women in Active Recovery from an Eating Disorder/Disordered Eating

WHO? Women in active recovery from an eating disorder/disordered eating

WHAT? You want your joy and freedom back. You have worked so hard to fight for recovery and, for the most part, your disordered eating behaviors have taken a back seat, but you’re still having a tough time accepting your body. Food continues to bring up feelings of guilt and shame and looking in the mirror is still something you’d rather avoid most days. If this sounds familiar, we would love for you to join us over the span of 8 weeks as we:

1) Create a non-judgmental space to process through the challenges of healing from disordered eating and negative body image.

2) Confront internal and external messages that perpetuate unrealistic body standards.

3) Learn tangible strategies for cultivating self-respect and nourishing your mind and body through intuitive eating and movement.

WHEN? Mondays from 4:00 – 5:00 PM CST

WHERE? Virtual via our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform designed for groups

COST? $50 per session
