Hi! I’m Jennifer,
I’m a Board-Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I help people move closer to the life that they want to live.
Oftentimes we become frustrated when life doesn’t happen the way we expected it to. Maybe everyone told you that having a baby was the most joyful time in your life, but instead you feel down and irritable. Maybe your marriage ended when you never thought divorce was an option. When life goes differently than we expected, we sometimes feel stuck trying to cope by ourselves. As a counselor, I want to help you find a different way of living that allows you to be your authentic self, without feeling stuck in life’s messiness.
Fun Facts
I enjoy podcasts, meditation, and matcha lattes with a dash of peppermint. I love cycling as well as all forms of pastries. I’m also a video game nerd who married a comic book nerd. I have two dogs, two cats, and a baby who has made me learn to go with the flow.
