Hi, I’m Brittany! I’m a Nutrition Coach committed to helping people create a sustainable approach to food that nourishes the body and empowers them to make choices they feel confident about. This is why I’ve created Nutrition & Wellness Coaching, a focused, short-term coaching approach designed to help you make practical, actionable, sustainable changes.

In just 1–2 sessions, we’ll create a high-impact reset + personalized action plan—not to lecture you with more information, but to provide you with a clear, doable strategy you can actually follow in real life (even on your busiest, most chaotic days) to help you achieve your nutrition and wellness-related goals.

In our time together, you won’t leave with vague advice. You’ll walk away with a custom, step-by-step plan designed specifically for your body, your schedule, and your current season of life:

  • A personalized meal + snack rhythm that aims to help stabilize your blood sugar, support steady energy, and help you reconnect with your natural hunger and fullness cues (no rigid rules or perfection required)
